Kids under age 17 sail free on a pair of Baltic cruises this summer when sharing a cabin with two adults.
- The 7-night June 14, 2010, departure (cruise #0213) of the Crystal Symphony round-trip out of Dover, England, calling on Guernsey, Channel Islands; Waterford, Dublin and Belfast, Ireland; and Liverpool, England; fares start at $4,210 for each of two adults in cabin (the child is free).
- The 7-night Aug 7, 2010, departure of Crystal Symphony sails from Copenhagen to Stockholm and visits Tallinn, Estonia; St. Petersburg, Russia; and Stockholm, Sweden; fares start at $4,375 for each of two adults in cabin (the child is free).
Standard cabins accommodate three people, so the promotion is ideal for families with one child.
The ship’s playroom, Fantasia, welcomes children ages 3-7 and 8-12, and offers supervised activities from arts and crafts, to board games, and use of Sony PlayStation® and Xbox 360TM kiosks and personal computers with entertainment and education.
A video arcade at the Waves teen center is geared to the 13 to 17 set. The ship’s library has children’s books and videos for in-room viewing; children can also see recently released films in The Hollywood Theatre.
These two cruises also include other perks, namely $1,000 per couple “As you Wish” spending credits for onboard purchases (drinks, spa, shops and shore excursions). Certain restrictions may apply.
